The Acturians are a short vicious race from the HiGrav planet Actur. The Acturians have a love of chaos and discord, perfect pirates! 

Rippers are low intelligence, feral Acturians that love to get up close to their victims in order to rip and rend them apart with an assortment of home made ripping tools often grafted directly on to their own severed limbs.
